Its web app is $9.99 a month for unlimited images. Its API runs from $0.20 an image at 50 a month to $0.05 at 100,000, plus 0.1 credit for each extra format. On the API, VecSnap costs about half as much, every format included.

Clean files

Which makes cleaner vector files?

They are built for different things. Vectorizer.AI's documented defaults keep every detail: every color, the smallest shapes, and a stroke along each seam. VecSnap draws each shape with as few anchor points as it needs, and counts them for you before you pay.

For a richly detailed illustration, with fur, texture or a hundred colors, keeping every detail is what you want. For a logo, an icon or an AI-made mark, fewer points mean a file that edits, cuts and prints cleanly.

What can you edit in Vectorizer.AI and VecSnap?

Both change colors and shapes after the trace. VecSnap adds the tools of a design app: combine shapes, offset, a sticker outline, align, order, flip, move, and every anchor point. Vectorizer.AI can also split a shape, make it symmetric and crop first, which VecSnap cannot do yet.
