Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and StudyLah Learning Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore, which operates VecSnap ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using VecSnap, you accept them.

Your account

You need an account to unlock and download results. Keep your sign-in method secure: what happens under your account is your responsibility. One person may claim the free credits once; an account made to claim them again can be closed. You must be at least 16 to use VecSnap.

What you may upload

Upload only images you own or have the right to use. Do not upload anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anything meant to harm VecSnap or the people who use it. We may refuse or remove an upload that breaks these terms, and close an account that does so repeatedly.

Credits

• One credit unlocks one image, for good. After that, every format, every re-run and every download of that image is free. Unlocking costs 1 credit whether the result was converted for you or already known to us.
• Converting and previewing are free, within the daily limits shown in the app.
• A new account receives 3 free credits. These and the credits you buy never expire.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and are lost when you delete your account.
• Prices are shown at checkout, in your currency and with any tax. Paddle sells the credits as the merchant of record, and its terms of sale apply to your purchase. Our refund policy explains when you can get your money back.

What you own

You own the images you upload and the results we make from them. You give us the license we need to store, process and convert them so we can provide VecSnap to you, and to keep each result and the image it came from in your account.

We never show your images or results to anyone else.

Improving VecSnap

You also give us a license to use your uploads and their results to train, tune and test our own engine. This license is non-exclusive and free of charge, and we never publish your images or results under it. Before we make any copy for this, your account settings will have a switch, on by default, that you can turn off at any time. Turning it off stops new copies from then on, and deleting your account deletes the copies we made. A model already trained before you turned it off or deleted your account is not retrained. Our privacy policy says more.

Our engine and our site

VecSnap's engine, website and brand are ours. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer them, or use VecSnap to build a competing product. Automated use is allowed only through our API, within its limits.

Availability

We work to keep VecSnap available and its results good, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that every result will suit your purpose, or that it will be free of errors. Check a result before you rely on it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections on ownership, the license to improve VecSnap and liability continue after an account is closed.

Changes

We may change these terms. We update the date at the top of this page, and if a change affects you materially we tell you in the app before it applies. Using VecSnap after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and its courts have jurisdiction. Questions go to support@vecsnap.com.
