Our terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy. Each opens with the short version, and the full text below it is what applies.

  • You own the images you upload and the results we make from them.
  • One credit unlocks one image, for good, with every format and re-run of it.
  • Credits have no cash value, and they are lost when you delete your account.

  • We never ask for a password, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies.
  • The copy of your upload we convert from is deleted after 7 days.

Who sells the credits

Paddle takes the payment.

Our payment provider, Paddle, sells VecSnap credits as the merchant of record. It processes every payment and every refund, and its name is the one on your card statement.
  1. You pay at a checkout run by Paddle, in your own currency, with any tax shown.
  2. The credits land in your account. We never see your card number.
  3. A refund goes back through Paddle to the card or account you paid with.
